Clean air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen and argon systems need pressure regulators selected for purity, materials, seal compatibility and capacity as well as pressure. ADCAPure’s P130 family covers direct-acting duties from very low flow to DN40, while the P147 extends the range to larger pilot-operated applications.
P130L low-flow regulator
The P130L is intended for very low flows. Valsteam lists DN08–DN20, 16 bar maximum upstream pressure, 150°C maximum operating temperature, 0.2–8 bar regulation and Kvs 0.06–0.25.
P130J compact direct-acting regulator
The P130J covers DN08–DN25 with Kvs 1.7–2.4. It uses ASME BPE, DIN or ISO clamp ferrules or tube-weld ends and is listed for 16 bar upstream pressure, 150°C and 0.2–8 bar regulation.
P130H balanced-plug regulator
The P130H is a DN25 balanced-plug model with published Kvs 3.2–4.2. A balanced plug reduces the influence of inlet-pressure variation on the regulating element compared with an unbalanced arrangement.
P130G for DN32 and DN40
The P130G extends the direct-acting range to DN32 and DN40, with Kvs 4.2–6.3. The published limits remain 16 bar upstream, 150°C and a 0.2–8 bar regulating range.
P147 pilot-operated regulator
For higher flow, the P147 sanitary pilot-operated PRV covers DN65–DN80 with ASME BPE or DIN clamps. Valsteam lists 16 bar maximum upstream pressure, 150°C maximum temperature, 0.2–8 bar regulation and Kvs 41–46.
