PUREVAL

Flash Steam Separator — Vertical separator for recovering low-pressure flash steam from hot condensate. DN80–DN300, carbon steel, 0.5–4 bar g. Up to 85% flash steam recovery.
Condensate Recovery Unit (CRU) — Packaged unit with pump, receiver, level controls and pipework. Capacity 500–10,000 kg/h. Electric or pneumatic drive. IBR compliant, max 10 bar.
Condensate Pumping Unit — Mechanical or electric-driven for low-head condensate return. Receiver 50–500 litres. Centrifugal or submersible pump. Max 98°C, max head 30m.
Blowdown Vessel — Pressurised vessel for safe boiler blowdown disposal. Capacity 50–1,000 litres. ASME/IBR certified. Inlet up to 10 bar. Water injection and flash steam recovery cooling.
