Reliable and versatile, resilient-seated knife gate valves. Can be used as butterfly valve as wafer type or end valve. For water, sewage. Industries: Sewage treatment plants, power plant and steel industry, mining, sugar industry, chemical industry, food industry, breweries. Certificate RAL quality mark.

NOT suitable for underground installation and for installation in drinking water systems
Chamber U-clamp seal, steel reinforced
Low operating forces even at maximum operational pressure
Simple replacement of the seal without removing the gate valve from the pipeline
Modular system for numerous other design variants

Knife gate valves with rising and non-rising stem with wafer-type design. Available with sealing on one side (Type A) or both sides (Type AB). Robust design with one-piece body. Suitable for liquids with a solids fraction of up to 5 %. They can be used in: wastewater engineering, stormwater or non-drinking water.

Features

Design Type K1: PN 2,5-4.
Design Type K3: PN 2,5-10
An integrated sink in the body ensures the seat is automatically flushed clean when the valve is closed when the valve is closed
The high-quality EKB coating with 250 μm on all parts ensures durability.
